Hi, Aslynn. I liked your essay on Will Misinformation.. I found your opinion and research illuminating. Unfortunately, right-wing rhetoric has been a rallying cry for those who want a voice. They feel disdained by those who "have." When a segment of society feels marginalized, they respond to promises, regardless of how far-fetched they appear. This kind of propaganda has fueled portions of the American citizenry since our nation's inception. It is not surprising that someone seeking the power of the presidency will use inflammatory language to bring supporters into the fold. Of course, such individuals use the presidency to enrich themselves and their friends. When everything goes south, they are removed from office and then blame the incoming administration for all the woes of inflation, wars, job loss, etc... We have seen this time and again in successive US administrations. Yet, the power of the media proves that many become convinced of almost anything. What you say is correct. A good piece of writing. Regards
