Hi, Crystal. I liked your article about the hidden flags of trauma therapy. As a Vietnam veteran, I have suffered the effects of PTSD my whole civilian life. Still, I found your essay informative. Regardless of the therapy and routines to mitigate the effects of this invisible combat injury, I discovered it cannot be outrun, out medicated, out trained, or out lived. I manage. Yet it continues to strain my relationships. My only consolation is that good friends and loved ones have changed their behavior and loved me, nonetheless. Thanks for sharing your views. Regards
