Hi Emilio. Your essay on gaining muscle was interesting. I liked the photos you chose to highlight the narrative. I was reminded of my older brother and me, as we lifed weights in the garage he made from a steel bar and concrete filled juice cans. He would weigh them on a scale so each can contained the same weight. Then we would attach the weight we wanted. Within a year, we saved enough money to pay for a barbell set from the back of a comic book. Thanks for sharing. Regards
