Hi. I liked your article about 4 Effective Strategies to Reduce Prejudice. From my experience, I have discovered that children often inherit the prejudices of their parents. In some religions, people of color are preached as inferior. In America, I often hear educated people talk about the lower intellectual capacity of the Black population. Yet, two of the smartest men I ever met were Black, a Black Sergeant saved my life in Vietnam, and I almost married a Black girl. Her answer was, "Hell, no! Jerry, I like you, but you're crazy! I need someone who is quiet! And that was that. I like what Menachem Begin, then the Prime Minister of Israel said when speaking of anit-semitism in Poland. His answer, "The Polish infant sucks the anti-semitism from it's mother's breast!" This was his answer as to why the Poles were such willing dogs of the Nazis to erradicate the Jewish population. It seems that racism in the US follow the same line. I can't see why. Yet, I am hopeful with the progress of obliterating racism in America, if not the world. But it is a tall order. Regards
