Hi Izzy: I like your article about abusive relationships. Unfortunately, codependent pairings are not a thing of the past. Women shelters are filled with people escaping abusive partners. I was once beaten in a confrontation with an abusive husband. I am heartened by the fact more avenues for women to escape such partners are available.
