Hi, JD. Thanks for sharing part of your story with me. I can't say I'm in good shape, and I lost my hair a while ago, and the skin condition I picked up in Nam infuriates my average good looks. I take my meds, go for walks occasionally, keep off of sugar, fried foods, meat and excessive dairy, and treat my combat injured body as an old friend in need. I take my meds, stretch, and wish some of my old buddies were still around. But the woman I married managed to stick it out with me, and my kids still call to say they love me. Grandchildren are my reward for not having strangled my kids when suffered the most from PTSD. They are living proof that a God exists somewhere in the cosmos. It's a pleasure to know you. Best regards.
