Hi, Jennifer. I liked your article about describing a peaceful place using all five senses. It reminded me of the question the military psychiatrist asked: "Can you think of a happy place in your life and describe it to me?" I was after my release from hospital and my return to the United States following my service in Vietnam. I could not see past the traumatic damage and had no way of responding. So, I understand what you say, and think of the long process of lifting me from the depths to a place in which I could finally breath the fresh air life offered. It was more than fifty years ago. Yet, there are still things that go bump in the night that cannot be avoided. Thanks. Regards.
