Hi Kristy: As Vietnam veteran, PTSD and ADHD have ruled my life. The anxiety of PTSD has me going from O to 100 in a nanosecond, and ADHD keeps me from focusing on the things I wanted to achieve in my life. These were great character traits when I served in Vietnam, but disasterous in civilian life. People seldom understand what works for people with either of thes maladies.

I am fortunate I can achieve "some semblance" of normalcy, although being normal is not possible, to hold on to people who love me, achieve financial success, and find ways to reach the surface from the ocean of mental fog that works hard to sink me.
