Hi, Loren. I enjoyed your article about the dyeing delis of Los Angeles. You certainly did your homework! Of course, all your articles prove well researched and informative. For the short time I lived in LA, I only dined at two delis. I'm a sucker for kosher sours, creamed coleslaw, crisp french-fries, and corned beef on rye with mustard. I remember both meals being satisfying, although the people who brought me there were anything but. Well, I guess one can't have everything. Thanks for sharing this wonderful article. Regards.
