"Hi, Scorpio.. I read the first chapter of your story to find: "This is the story of the egotistical, gaslighting, narcissistic, and toxic Scorpio and the sweet, fragile, suffering, and breath-taking Pisces."

I have always believed there is a difference between love and caring. After all, human beings love many things. Yes, we love people, both mentally and physically, but we also love our cars, our jobs, our hobbies, movies, songs, and all manner of things. What matters is caring. I feel caring is a word that encompasses love and all manner of emotions. Caring means sacrifice, giving up yourself in the service of another. It mean stepping back and donating the things that matter to you for the happiness of another. It means cherishing the other so the person is more precious than anything in your life.

I have found, everyone says, "Oh, I love Pisces, Lenora, Shaquasia, Marti, etc," but as truth be told, they love themselves, their car, friends, and needs more. I am sorry for the pain Scorpio experienced, because she did not love enough to "care" for Pisces. I am sorry for the unhappiness these two individuals "n love drifted into from the excitement and passion of falling in love. I

I liked your story and admire your courage to share such intimate details of your life. Being authentic is a wonderful character trait, and as hard as you seem to appear in your writing, it appears you were as hurt in the relationship as your lover.

If I may, I invite you to read the first chapter of my Vietnam memoir for free at vietnamjerry.com and while there, scroll down to MEDIA and listen to the NPR broadcast of the ghost story of Cpl. Cummings. All true events. Regards, Jerry
