Hi, Tristan. As a Vietnam veteran, I am in a position to mention something about dealing with mental issues. There is not a civilian on the planet who is not a professional who can deal with mental illness, especially those suffering from trauma. If there is one thing that is certain, mental illness cannot be outrun, out trained, out medicated, or outlived. Medication helps, but the symptoms and anxiety return. It is not for friends to give advice, or deal. Without professional help on a consistent basis, along with meds, the patient is lost. I have lived it, and witnessed it in my buddies. I liked your article. Thanks for sharing. Regards
