Hi, Xavier. I liked your expose outlining the fall of Wells Fargo. As far as this consumer was concerned the organization was a hive of parasites. They catered to the wealthy and preyed on the typical customer. Before excessive charges became a format for many banks in the U.S. Wells Fargo led the pack. The way they behaved when a customer complained, I used to think they wore guns. Of course, I was busy with my life, so I tolerated the bad experience until at one point I had enough and got the heck out of Dodge. Anything was better than the abuse I received. Yet, a wealthy acquaintance loved them. He couldn't say enough good. Yet, when COVID hit the U.S. and his business suffered, they were the first to threaten with foreclosure on his properties, and add interest penalties to current capital requirements. I listened to his complaints, but said nothing. The employee urinating on a first class passenger exemplifies the entire bank's thought process on it's customers. Just saying. Regards
