Marines watching for enemy incursion on top of The Hill of Angels. If you look to the upper right of the photo, you will see an officer and his assistant. On the bottom right notice the boot of a Marine. The position of the boot could represent he is at rest or on his belly guarding another portion of the hill. The Marine next to the gunner appears to be setting up a radio, but we cannot be sure.
